What ScuffSheet is
ScuffSheet is a self-help tool that organizes the facts, messages, receipts and evidence you enter into a claim packet draft that you review and file yourself. It does not file claims, contact guests or Airbnb, decide eligibility, value a claim, or give legal, insurance or financial advice. Independent; not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Airbnb, Inc.
No guarantee of results
Airbnb and any insurer decide claims under their own current terms. ScuffSheet cannot guarantee review, approval, reimbursement or any amount. Check current official Airbnb materials and deadlines before you file.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your original evidence unaltered. Verify every statement in the packet before you use it.
Price, payment and license
The packet builder costs $29 USD one-time; the checkout price applies. Stripe processes payment. A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the builder; it may not be resold or redistributed.
Refunds
7-day refund if ScuffSheet isn’t a fit. Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. A refund does not depend on any claim outcome.
Liability and law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScuffSheet is provided “as is”; nothing limits liability that cannot be limited or affects your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales without removing mandatory protections where you live. Updates will change the date below. See also the privacy notice.
