SCUFFSHEET / PRIVACY
Privacy
ScuffSheet (scuffsheet.moneyyoureowed.com) is run by AUSSIE-AI LTD (England & Wales, Companies House no. 17193460), the data controller for this site.
AUSSIE-AI LTD is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office, no. ZC277836.
The assessment and packet builder
Your answers, evidence notes and claim-packet text are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to us, and the packet download is created on your device. After a purchase, your browser stores a purchase flag and the Stripe session ID in local storage so the builder stays unlocked; the link source (?src) of your first visit is kept in session storage for this tab only. You can clear both by clearing this site's storage.
If you give your email (and optionally your name) on the assessment or at checkout, we send it to MailerLite, which stores it in our ScuffSheet list so we can email you about your result and the product. Lawful basis: consent; unsubscribe with the link in any email.
Payment
Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment, receipt and fraud-prevention data under Stripe’s privacy policy; we never see your full card number. We send Stripe your email, name (if given), the product and the link source. We check the Stripe session only to unlock the builder. We keep purchase records for 6 years after the end of the financial year because UK tax law requires it.
Hosting
Cloudflare hosts the site and runs its server code, so it processes ordinary request data such as IP address, browser information and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. We don't use analytics scripts, ad trackers or cookies.
Sharing, transfers and your rights
We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising. Some providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States, under the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. You can ask for a copy of your data, or to correct, delete or restrict it, by emailing [email protected]; we'll reply within one month. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
